INGREDIENTS
Badam - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 500 ml
Cashew nuts
Raisins
Saffron
METHOD
- Soak badam in warm water for 2 hrs.
- Grind it to a smooth paste.
- Boil milk in a sauce pan
- Add badam paste and sugar to the milk and stir continuously Till it thickens.
- Add soaked saffron, cashews and raisins.
Serve hot or refrigerate for for 2 hrs and serve chilled
